What we collect
When you request the Starter Kit or apply to work with us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, and your answers (such as what takes up your time and your revenue range). When you receive our emails, we also record delivery events and (where enabled) opens and clicks, so we can stop emailing people who aren't interested.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for (the kit, a reply to your application), to send you practical emails about AI systems, and to run our services. We never sell or rent your information. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing adds you to a permanent suppression list.
Who processes it
We use a small set of processors: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Trigger.dev (automation), Stripe (payments: card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our systems), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Your choices
Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email. For access, correction, or deletion of your data, email frank@sikoralabs.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
