Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern services and digital resources provided by Sikora Labs, LLC (Wyoming, USA), including done-for-you AI system builds, related support, and free resources such as the AI Employee Starter Kit. By purchasing services or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services and deliverables

Each engagement's scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are described at checkout and/or in the written proposal or video you receive before paying. Payment constitutes acceptance of that scope.

We deliver working systems configured on your accounts and tools. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; work beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.

3. Payment and refunds

Payment is due at checkout unless an invoice with other terms is issued. Because engagements involve professional services, dedicated build time, and delivered work product (not a static digital product), payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Where a specific performance guarantee is stated with an offer (for example: continued work at no charge until a stated outcome is reached), that guarantee is the exclusive remedy for the outcome it describes.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, the delivered system (configurations, prompts, automations, and documentation created for your engagement) belongs to you. It is built on your accounts wherever practical.

Pre-existing materials, general methods, and know-how of Sikora Labs remain ours; you receive a perpetual license to use them within the delivered system. Third-party tools and AI services in the system are governed by their own terms and their subscription costs are yours.

5. Your responsibilities

You'll provide timely access to the accounts, examples of past work, and feedback the build requires. You're responsible for how you use the delivered system, including compliance with laws applicable to your business (e.g., email marketing consent) and review of AI-generated output before you rely on it.

6. No results guarantee

We guarantee the deliverables, not your business results. Time savings and outcomes described on this site reflect specific experiences and are not promises; your results depend on your business, your data, and your follow-through. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

7. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential. We may describe your engagement publicly (e.g., as a case study) only with your written permission, which is a named part of the founding-client offer, agreed at purchase.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sikora Labs' total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the date below reflects the latest revision. Questions: frank@sikoralabs.com.
